We All Love Ohio
As a proud Ohio local, there's so much I love about this state that only those who live here truly understand. For starters, there's nothing quite like the fall in Ohio, when the leaves change color and the whole state feels like it’s painted in gold, orange, and red. While everyone knows about Cedar Point, locals know that the hidden gem is actually Hocking Hills State Park—perfect for hiking, waterfalls, and a peaceful getaway that isn’t overcrowded. And when it comes to food, we have the best chili and Skyline coneys that no one outside of Ohio truly gets.
Living here, I’ve learned to appreciate the little things, like how every small town has its own quirky festivals—whether it's the sweet corn festival in Urbana or the National Woodworking Festival in Springfield. Ohioans also know that, while Cleveland might get a bad rap, it’s home to some of the best craft beer in the country and has an unbeatable skyline when viewed from the west side. From the heart of the state to the shores of Lake Erie, Ohio offers a unique charm that’s often overlooked, but for those of us who live here, it’s home.
