I have served as a Contracting Officer for the United States of America GSA with an Unlimited Warrant and earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. I am skilled in analyzing income-producing real properties, re-development, and Syndications.


I possess strong knowledge in the sales and purchases of Luxury Homes and Single Family Residences. As an entrepreneurial executive and relationship builder, I have excellent communication, presentation, and portfolio management skills. I was assigned to top Federal Agencies such as the FBI, USSS, TSA, and USACOE during my tenure with the United States GSA.


I have received multiple awards from Government agencies and local Real Estate boards, and I am known for successfully selling difficult-to-move properties. I was also awarded the Most Unique Commercial Transaction in both 2020 and 2001.
